SYSLAB is the Information Systems Laboratory at the Department of Computer and Sytems Sciences at Stockholm University.
The study of information systems started as an attempt to understand and improve the management of information technology within organizations. Today, information systems are studied as instruments for managing and governing organisations, for creating new forms of business and organisations, and for enabling global business networks. Information systems are becoming increasingly important, working as hubs that connect people and organisations with each other.
At SYSLAB, more than 25 people conduct research and education within the field of engineering and management of information systems.
